Management Investment

The 4 principals have invested $3 million of their personal
funds into the project at the same cost as all other investors.

Tax-Efficient Investment Structure with Deloitte

The investment structure, a U.S.-based real estate investment fund, developed with Deloitte, allows all transactions (investment and distributions) to be made in USD through a flow-through entity. This approach offers several benefits, including optimized operational profits, increased diversification, tax efficiencies, and legal protections.
